Shipping Information & Restrictions
We are committed to complying with all federal, state, and local laws regarding the sale and shipment of firearms, accessories, suppressors (NFA items), and related products. All firearms must ship to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder for transfer in compliance with the Gun Control Act. We do not ship directly to consumers or non-FFL addresses for firearms.
Important Note on Ammunition:
We do not ship ammunition under any circumstances. Ammunition is available exclusively for in-store pickup at our licensed FFL location. Customers must comply with all applicable federal and state laws when purchasing or possessing ammunition.
General Shipping Policies
- We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations.
- Shipping is limited to the contiguous United States unless otherwise noted.
- All shipments comply with carrier regulations (e.g., UPS, FedEx) for hazardous or regulated items.
- Firearms and certain accessories require adult signature upon delivery where applicable.
- Customers are responsible for knowing and following their local laws; orders may be canceled if compliance issues arise.
State-Specific Shipping Restrictions by Product Type
Firearms (Handguns, Rifles, Shotguns)
All firearms must ship to a licensed FFL dealer in the buyer's state for background check and transfer. Direct-to-consumer shipping of firearms is prohibited by federal law.
- No shipping to: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or any location requiring special handling without prior arrangement.
- Additional restrictions apply in states with assault weapon bans, magazine limits, or feature-based prohibitions (e.g., California, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Maryland, etc.). We will only ship compliant firearms to valid FFLs in these states.
- High-capacity magazines or certain features may be restricted or removed before shipping to comply with state laws.
Suppressors & Other NFA Items (e.g., SBRs, SBSs, where applicable)
Suppressors and other NFA-regulated items ship via standard ground to a Class 3/SOT FFL dealer (with Special Occupational Tax status) for ATF transfer and background check. NFA registration and approval are required federally. Note: As of January 1, 2026, the $200 federal tax stamp for suppressors has been eliminated under recent federal reforms, though registration still applies.
- No shipping to states where suppressors/NFA items are prohibited for civilian ownership: California, Delaware, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island.
- Shipping to other states is allowed only to qualified SOT FFLs, subject to federal NFA rules.
- Interstate transport of certain NFA items may require ATF Form 5320.20 approval (suppressors are often exempt from prior notification).
Non-Firearm Accessories (Magazines, Parts, Optics, Braces, etc.)
Most accessories ship standard ground to the buyer's address, but state laws apply. In California (effective Jan 1, 2026 under AB 1263), certain items like unattached barrels, firearm accessories, or manufacturing machines require ID verification, address matching, and adult signature on delivery — no direct shipping without compliance.
- No shipping of certain accessories (e.g., high-capacity magazines, assault weapon parts) to: California, Connecticut, Delaware (certain cities), District of Columbia, Hawaii, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington (and others with bans or restrictions).
- Some states require FFL transfer for specific parts (e.g., receivers, barrels in California).
Ammunition
As noted above, we do not offer shipping for ammunition. Pickup only at our FFL location. Many states restrict direct ammo shipments or require background checks/permits (e.g., California, Connecticut, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York). In-store purchases must comply with all laws.
This policy is current as of February 2026 and subject to change based on evolving federal and state laws (including recent NFA tax reforms and California AB 1263). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that cannot comply with applicable regulations. For questions, contact us directly.
