Return Policy
We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, due to federal regulations, state laws, and the nature of firearms and related products, our return policy is strictly enforced to maintain compliance and safety standards. All sales are subject to the terms outlined below. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
General Return Requirements
- All returns require a prior-approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Contact us to request an RMA, providing your order number, reason for return, and any supporting details or photos. Returns received without an approved RMA may be refused, returned to sender at the purchaser's expense, or discarded at our discretion.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and tags intact unless otherwise approved.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
- Returns are processed only after inspection upon receipt. Refunds or credits are issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable fees, shipping, or restocking charges.
- We do not accept returns on ammunition, as it is available for in-store pickup only.
Firearms (Handguns, Rifles, Shotguns, NFA Items)
All firearm sales are final once transferred to the buyer via a completed ATF Form 4473 and background check at a licensed FFL dealer. Firearms are considered "used" upon transfer, even if unfired or unhandled.
- Defects or Damage: Any issues identified after transfer must be handled directly through the manufacturer's warranty policy. We do not accept returns for warranty claims. Contact the manufacturer for repair, replacement, or service. Manufacturer-repaired firearms may be shipped directly back to you without additional FFL transfer fees in many cases.
- New, Unopened, and Unused Firearms (Prior to Transfer): If a firearm has not yet been transferred and remains in its original, unopened, unused condition, it may be eligible for return or exchange. Such returns are subject to a restocking fee (typically 15-25%, depending on the item and circumstances) to cover handling, inspection, and potential lost resale value. Contact us for approval and details before shipping.
- Opened or Used Firearms: Firearms that have been opened from original packaging, fired, mounted, or otherwise used will not be accepted for return, refund, or exchange without prior written discussion and approval. Most such requests are declined due to federal regulations and safety/liability concerns.
- Return Shipping for Firearms: Any approved firearm returns must be shipped back to us via a licensed FFL dealer. The sending FFL must comply with all applicable laws, including proper documentation. We will not accept direct consumer shipments of firearms.
- Failed background checks, dealer refusals, or buyer cancellation after shipment may incur restocking fees, original shipping costs deducted, and no reimbursement for transfer fees paid to your local FFL.
Non-Firearm Accessories & Other Items
Accessories (e.g., optics, magazines, parts, holsters, branded merchandise) may be eligible for return if unused, in original condition, and within the approved timeframe (contact us for current window, typically 30 days or less).
- Defective items are covered by the manufacturer's warranty; returns for defects should go directly to the manufacturer where applicable.
- Non-defective returns are subject to a restocking fee (e.g., 15-25%) and must be pre-approved via RMA.
- Opened, installed, or used accessories are generally non-returnable.
Important Notice: This policy complies with federal firearms laws (including the Gun Control Act) and does not override any manufacturer warranties. Customers are responsible for knowing and complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time and to refuse returns that pose compliance, safety, or business risks.
Policy effective as of February 2026. For questions or to request an RMA, contact our customer service team. We appreciate your understanding of these necessary restrictions in the firearms industry.
